How do I become a customer of Meekes and how can I register?

You can register here as a customer. Please note that a valid VAT number is required to register as a customer.

I cannot log in anymore, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it here. If you still cannot log in, or you cannot remember which e-mail address you used to create an account, please contact us and together we will arrange that you can log in again.

What is the price of a particular product and how can I consult Meekes prices?

To consult the prices of our products, you need an account. You can create an account on this page.

How do I add items to my wishlist?

To add items to your wishlist, click on the heart icon at the top right of the item's image. This marks the item as a favorite and automatically adds it to your personal wishlist.

Order

Can I also buy from Meekes as a private individual?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to buy from Meekes as a private individual. Meekes focuses exclusively on business customers.

Is there a minimum order amount at Meekes?

Yes, the minimum order amount in the webshop and in the Trade Market is € 200,- excl. VAT.

What are the minimum order quantities at Meekes?

Our minimum order quantities vary depending on the product. To be able to offer the best prices, we often apply a minimum order quantity. This can be found on the product page.

Can I buy an entire stocklot?

Yes, you can. On the product page, you will find the button "Buy entire stocklot? Ask for the best price" with which you can request to buy an entire stocklot at our best price.

Can I reserve products?

No, it is unfortunately not possible to reserve products with us.

Can I request a sample of a product?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to request a product sample. However, you can take a look at all our products at the Trade Market in Winterswijk.

Can I still change my placed order?

Once your order has been placed and paid for, sometimes it is still possible to change it. This is because the order is quickly processed, packed and prepared for shipment. Do you still want to make changes? Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at the following phone number +31 573 - 450 400.

When and how will I receive the invoice?

You will receive the invoice by e-mail once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return products?

Unfortunately, we cannot take back the products you ordered incorrectly. However, if there is a problem with your order, such as a defective or damaged product, please contact us within the specified period.

Visit us

Does Meekes still have a Cash & Carry?

After our relocation, we no longer have a Cash & Carry. From now on, you are welcome to visit our Trade Market. Click here for more information about the Trade Market.

Can I visit the Trade Market without making an appointment?

There is no need to make an appointment to visit our Trade Market, you are welcome during our regular opening hours.

Delivery

From which order amount do you deliver free of charge?

The shipping costs differ per destination country as does the order amount for free delivery. You can find all shipping information on this page.

What is the time of delivery for orders and how are they shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within two working days after receipt of payment. All deliveries are made by Dachser, Parcel International, Tielbeke, B. van Zuuk transport or with our own transport.

Meekes makes shipments to which countries?

Can I pick up the goods myself or have them picked up?

Yes, you can. At the end of the ordering process, in the delivery options, you can indicate that you wish to collect your order. For the collection of your order you are welcome at our Trade Market in Winterswijk.

What do I do if my order was not delivered complete, undelivered or damaged/broken?

If your order has not been delivered, is incomplete or damaged/broken, you must report this within five working days in writing or by e-mail (support@meekestrade.com). In case of breakage, we would like to immediately receive photos of the products with this e-mail. After the notification in writing, you will receive our confirmation. If we acknowledge your complaint, we will discuss the best solution with you.

Of course, we will be happy to help you increase your sales, including through the Internet. Meekes holds the copyright to almost all images & all texts. Would you like to check whether an image is available for use for your online shop? Contact support@meekestrade.com.
